We have a family friend who lived in Butler and saw the Bantam "jeeps" being driven around town 1940-41? His first hand review of the "jeep" was they were an odd little car...and nobody knew what it was... of course that all changed very soon after...

Bantam jeep Festival

Post by DaveM38A1 »

The Jeep festival was fantastic.
We were visiting a nephew in Dayton and went to the MVPA convention and then went to visit my brother in Penn. and attended the Bantam Jeep Festival.

Great time talking with people with vintage jeeps. Talks on the history of Bantam. A Jeep playground.

The only bad note was not having my Jeep there to play.

Well worth a trip.
I highly recommend it.
They had the world's largest Jeep parade down town, they had the stores decorated up with Jeep signs.

I only wish I had more than one day.

If gas prices weren't so much, I'd take my Jeep and my son's jeep and play all day.
