mfg by Mcgraw.

Never too early to start aquiring tools you know you'll
need sooner or later. Looks good on the bench too!!

Yeah, I bought my adapter set about 12yrs ago for $15 - wish I would have bought all he had in stock! I just use my 12v timing light connected to one battery - seems to work ok. Are there any engine testers/analyzers made for our vehicles? This is an area I haven't explored yet.

While not on the subject of 24V, but on tools, I’ve been slowly accumulating the special tools and fixtures shown in TM-804, 8012, & 1804A. Recently I acquired the valve/clutch spring tester, rod aligner, and compression gauge exactly as illustrated in our manuals. It’s been fun and I enjoy using the old tools.

if anyone is interested I can try to put up some photos of these.

I got this behemoth 2 years ago.
I've yet plug it in... Currently, its occupation as a stool serves me well .

That is a Low Voltage Test set. I have an instruction pamphlet loaded on my photo album page. Grest unit used from the 50's thru the early 80's. STEICE replaced it and you can find the newer STEICE sets on the surplus market now. There were also Generator/Alternator test units, Coil Testers. Condenser/capacitor testers, and various VOM's.

Modified: i have one of these batt-gen-starter testers also but it is missing the voltage sensing cables & some other cables. Any chance you could post pictures of the cables? I can probably make them after I see pictures.

Wes, if it wasn't for this site and the download resource, I would have passed this gem for a paper weight

AeroE, give me a few days and I'll get some pics up for you.

Can anyone provide pics of the condenser/capacitor tester and coil tester with NSN #'s ?
