hoses

has anyone had any luck finding the correct hoses for an m38a1 from a local parts store. if so could some post the hose numbers???. thxs

Brake hose, fuel hose, or oil filter hoses?

You can get the correct stuff from MWM for not that much.
Or, you can make an oil filter line with the brass rubber-line-to-compression fittings that have the yellow ring around them (forgot what they are called). They can hangle quite a bit of pressure with no hose clamps.
The top radiator hose is easy to match at your local parts store but you may have to trim it. The bottom radiator hose is harder to match.

I'm sure you have a hydraulic hose shop around. The'll make'em for a reasonable price. I thnk my 2 oil lines cost around $12 total for both.
I had no luck with the parts guy on the coolant hoses. Eventually I asked if could just go in the back and do the matching game instead of wasting time looking it up.

That's right, get 'em made locally. I'm using local shop built hyd hoses
(instead of John Deere Green hoses at 3x the price) on my
JD loader (under extreme pressures) and have never blown a one..
as long as your shop uses quality barbed fittings-not smooth
chinese junk you'll be ok and still be able to afford a beer at
the end of the day.
