Proper M38A1 Wiper Motors

Hello all,
These two motors came off my '53 M38A1 parts Jeep.
I confess my ignorance on the subject of the wiper motors. Can anyone tell me if either one of these is the proper military vacuum motor. I know that my parts Jeep was a USMC Jeep that went over to the Air Force, and from there to the South Carolina Fire Service so there is the possibility that one or any of these organizations replaced the vacuum lines and/or the motors with civilian CJ components. Only one of the motors has the long arm, and a double attachment for vacuum lines.
