Body question

Post by army_inc »

I was just wondering what would be a good way to place the body after I take it off of the frame. Would it be ok to place on it's side or what? I need it to take up the least amount of space in the garage, but I don't want to ruin the body by doing this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On their tailgate opening. I have several wood frame roll-arounds and sit them on their tail and roll them out of the way.

I bought a few of the small movers dollies at Harbor Freight and I placed them under the hat channels. I also tilted the tub on it's side using them to roll the tub around when I was fixing the bottom. I also store my block and tranny on them so I can move them around in the garage.

They go on sale for around seven bucks quite often.

I went on ahead and put it on it's tailgate area. Thankfully it's off the frame and I can start the frame swap!
