M38a1 seat frame color

I have a Strada Blue 53 M38a1. The seat canvas and the top will be OD green. What color are the seat frames supposed to be? Blue or Green? Also I finally discovered what the rear seat really is. It's a seat from a 151. With a little work it should fit fine. It was in the willys when I bought it and Bubba made a bracket to hold it in. Last question......after doing some research I still can't determine if the lettering should be 2" or 3". I will be doing them in Yellow, just need to know the size and are they the same for the bumper and bumperetts as they are for the hood? Thanks to all. This site is very addicting, but in a good way.
