M38 Steering System Overhaul

I've replaced ALL of the steering linkages forward of the drag link - everything new. I've installed a drag link refurb kit. So, I'm at the pitman arm and steering box. I should have looked here first as there is much play between the casing bushings and the segment shaft - when I turn the wheel I can see the shaft move radially before it rotates (bushings and shaft wear) and I can see play between the segment shaft and the pitman arm. I'd like to replace EVERYTHING so my question is: I need a segment, bearings, bushings and seal kit, pitman arm and I believe there is a bearing at the top of the steering shaft (between shaft and tube) - correct? I'd like to replace the horn switch (I have the rod through steering shaft down to switch on steering box housing) as the wiring is falling apart - it works but I don't think it's worth the time and hassle to try to fix - and I'll replace the steering shaft if the worm gear portion appears to be worn (I will assume the worst). And lubrication - I'm going the oil route. I have found enough info on the net to guide me through the overhaul - it seems pretty simple but, again, I'll assume the worst - like chiseling out the bushings, or having to fabricate some special tool!!!
