Good driver plate

Hi,
what is the correct good driver plate for a M38 or M38A1?
I ask this, because all Jeeps i have seen, have a good driver decal, have the DA Lable 62 on it.
Does anybody know that there were a aluminium plate exsisting before the decals came out?
I have one on my early unrestord M38.
Is this a "special" for Vehicles that were in use in Germany or in other non domestic countrys?
is ther someone out, who has such a plate on a M38 or other MV?
Is there a vendor for such a plate?
