Just noticed that the inside of my gas gauge appears to have some rust inside the glass. Other gauges are fine. Is this normal or could there be another issue. M38 is garaged all year round. It wasnt like this when I got the jeep acouple of years ago. Thanks John jr

If you consider that probably 80% of the surviving 60 year old gauges do not have rust in them I would assume that yours is not the norm and may or may not give you grief down the road.

My gauges develop fog after 5 minutes of start up, should I be concerned? Any way of correcting the issue?

Thanks!

I get the same thing but have never seen any change in workability. It is strange, something to do with it heating up. I'm sure Wes or others know a lot more why that happens - beyond the obvious of water vapor in the gauges.
