The plastic boxes have been around since the 60's and are still at most general surplus vendors. The Older 1940's through early 60's canvas bag kits are tougher to find.

A bud of mine gave me this canvas bag kit he found a couple years
ago in a closet on a remodel job he was doing. Most packets are
unopened and fit nice in my metal box kit. I know it's not correct or
complete but it's a start..
