tow bar plans?

I remember someone posting shop drawings for fabricating a round bumper tow bar assembly.

Can anyone help me to find it. I did find the military installation guide in the download section that was posted by Wes but i can not find an original one so I think I would like to build one.

Any comments?

That tow bar is the WWII jeep tow bar. The service letter you downloaded shows how to attach it to the MA, MB, MC and MD models. The MC and MD models require the indicated bracket mods. The original full set of construction drawings for that bar are on Jon's "Jeep Draw.com" web page and you can order them there.
