M38a1marker light pad material

Does anyone know what material the marker light pads are made of for 1953 M38a1 (rubber, steel, nylon)? Dimensions? I want to see if my local hardware store has them.

The pads are from rubber;
Overall lenght 0.250" - 0.375"
Body dia 0.719"-0.781"
Center hole dia 0.328"- 0.359"

The marker lights are the two in the grill.

Aha! I've learned something new today. Going back and reading the TM9-8014 I do see a reference to a "pad." Missed that when I was putting my Jeep back together.
If I understand correctly, it is similar in dimension to a rubber grommet, just slipped over the threaded stud prior to being tightened in place. I can't see where it would make much difference but who am I to question the designers at Willys?

Wes,
I see that pn 5365-00-737-5023 is still in the government supply chain. Do you know of a supplier that would sell just a pair of them? Alternatively, I wonder if a couple of discs made of aircraft silicone baffle material would do the job?
