Fuel tank caution warning

My 52 M38 didn't have the typical "caution do not overfill allow for expansion" warning below the filler cap.
Instead it had "pressurized open slowly" on 2 lines to the upper right of the filler cap and " max accept rate 17GPM" on 2 lines just below the filler cap. Upon sanding this was evident on 2 layers of paint. I haven't seen that on any historical pictures and am trying to decide whether to use the standard caution stencil or try to duplicate what I had.
Any thoughts
