What is the size for the tubing for the fording lines? Are the thinner ones 3/16th", and the few thicker ones 1/4"? Also, with the front bumper decals for division and number, are they near the ends of the bumper or more centered? If they are near the ends, the holes in the bumper will interrupt some of the lettering-I just want to make sure what is correct before I apply the stencils.

I don't think the A1 came with a slotted bumper. On the lettering, I have always seen I on the outer ends.

Mine's not slotted, it just have round holes near the ends that will interrupt a little portion of the stencils

The ORD 9 lists all the vent system tubing in diameter and lengths.

For example if you want the size of the tube that runs from the master cylinder lid to the "T" on the firewall go to page 90, first item is Line, Master cylinder -----------. And then it says composed of: then below that it shows 2 Nuts and 1 Tube (29" in lg.). Make note of the Ordnance part number for that tube. It is 44-T-5080-10.

Now continue down thru that section 0304.5 Underwater vent system alphabetically and you will run into three Tubing listings 2/3rds of the way down page 91. Look at their Ordnance part numbers. You will see the first of the three is part number 44-T-5080-10 which is Tubing, cop, seamless, soft annealed, size 3/16", OD 0.188", thickness of wall 0.035".

There you have it. From page 90 you need 29" of (on page 91) 3/16" soft copper annealed tubing.

My Bumper had the holes too. I just adjusted the position of the stencils slightly. They normally go towards the ends of the bumper but you'll see all sorts of combinations out there. My holes were near the dash marks (see pic in my album)
