Ramsey?

A guy has a Ramsey X 200 P 4000 lb winch with a spicer PTO. Would this fit or be close to authentic for my M38
The Jeep 200 ramseys are all 200R's and 200L's so not sure what the X200P fits or how it compares to the R's and L's. But all the jeep 200's are too wide for the stock M38 bumper mounting brackets. They are usually cut down at the center of the drum to fit.
The spicer PTO isn't even close to the ramsey and will require some customizing of the exhaust.
