1971 M38A1 brake shoes

Hi guys been lurking, and reading everyone else's posts for a while. I can't thank you all enough for all the tips and heads ups that have saved me a lot of grief with my resto so far.
Now for the reason I'm posting, does anyone know the size of brake shoes for my 1971 M38A1? I ordered a set of linings off eBay and got 9" linings (to small). Are they the same as a 71 cj5?
I know a71 m38a1 is unusual but I'm hoping someone out there knows the answer, or can I just go by the I.D of the drum?
Thanks
Bearbait

The late 60/early 70 CJ5 used a 10" brake. The newer ones went to 11". Just measure the ID of your brake drum and go with that size. Or use the numbers in your M38A1CDN Parts manual.

Thanks Wes,
Do you have a link for the M38A1cdn parts manual you referred to?
