I contacted brent mullins about there paint. he says its made by American coatings. it seems that there hazmat charges are cheaper than others. ive used ajp paint on my last project and the jeep turn out great, but the hazmat charges are crazy almost 80 dollars to get a gallon of paint to my door step with all the fees.
has anyone ever used the paint from mullins? is so how did it turn out.

I bought my paint from Alan Haage in Medford N.J. Ph. 609-953-1003 Ships out fast and reasonable and I have had real good results. I've use my 38 every day on and off road. The paint is tuff as nails. I put chains in the floor board and come a longs in the back and it is holding up excellent. He has gallons as well as spray cans. I painted my M1009 with it 2 years ago and looks like I painted it yesterday. I'll buy only from him for next project.

Check out Rapco paints. I haven't had it too bad with them. If you buy a case, you get a better bang for the buck on hazmat. They sell spray cans with the same paint in them for small jobs. They will group case lots as you like. John

RAPCO will let you swing by the warehouse if you're passing through north Texas and pick it up. No Hazmat fees with that option!

As of yesterday, I ordered some paint from Pete Debella, and there are no longer Hazmat charges from FedEx (at least on low quantities).
