Name stamped on A1 frame

Has anybody ever seen this kind of marking on the top of an M38A1 frame? It appears to be the name NOAH and it appears on two spots on the drivers side top, front and rear.

I appologize, the top picture is of the marking on the rear driver side of the frame. Bottom picture is right in front of the engine mount.

My guess is he took two of every animal and a his jeep!
