toe rods, suppliers

[4x4M38]

I am going to need a straight RH tie rod, and am assuming I just as well replace all of the tie rod hardware, rebuild the bell crank, etc.

Are there any horror stories or particular suppliers to stay away from?

Looks like there is a major difference between the M38 and M38A1 tie rods (diameter?) that I need to watch for.
