Front marker lights M38

I'm working on a 1952 M38, MC29845 is the serial #. I also have 2 more numbers I found attached to the steering column, they read MC175416 and MT450.
Where could I get replacement parts to rebuild these lights? I think all I need are the inside electrical parts, the lens can be saved but the electrical parts and gaskets cannot.
