Where does the passenger seat rest?

I am getting ready to weld my new toolbox into my tub on my M38 and I have a few questions. Does the passenger seat rest agains the bracket on the wheelwell or is there a bumper in between? If I put the toolbox where it needs to go the seat wants to rest higher up on the wheelwell. I someone has some measurments or pictures of this setup I would appreciate it.

Its a whole lot easier to measure twice and weld once instead of weld, cut, and reweld

The door sill side rests on the front verticle surface of the right rear wheel house. Theres a frame extension at the bottom inboard rear of the seat that just sets on the floor at the inboard rear corner of the tool box skin.

I know where the bracket rests in the middle I was mostly wondering about the wheelwell, So it doesnt rest on the bracket welded to the wheelwell? I was wondering that since I do have some pitting above the bracket which would make sense if the frame rested up there. I will try to take picutres this afternoon if I get a chance.

I still would appreciate picures of seat against the wheelwell area.

I really wish I could remember back three years ago when I first took the seat and toolbox out!

Thanks all.

Its my seat. You can feel on the inside of the wheelwell where it was resting above the upper bracket. The seat is just out of wack! A little heat and some bending and it should be back where its supposed to be!
