Any suggestions on how to get this nut off the steering tie rod end bolt? The bolt turns with the nut. I have tried wd40 and heating it. Any tips would be welcome... PS I do have the cotter pin out!

Are you going to re-use the tie rod end? If not, remove the cotter pin, then cut the nut top down, with a thin cut off blade. Don't go too far and cut into the arm tho.

The bolt is actually a tapered shaft. I've had good luck putting a bottle jack underneath and applying pressure in addition to some heat and/or PB Blaster

Soak it really good with PB Blaster for a day or two. Wedge a pickle fork between the arm and the tie rod. Then use an impact wrench to turn the nut off.
