M38 steering column floor seal

I have been searching for the metal ring that goes around the steering column floor seal grommet for my 1951 M38. I am not finding one anywhere; new or NOS. Any suggestions. Lakeview, Michigan

There's 2 on Ebay,$11.00 and $22.00.

Midwest Military makes the ring halves and the seal as well. Seal is $6 and the ring set is $9.
