Engine Questions
I got my f 134 back from the machine shop, all new guts etc. I am installing sub assemblies. The engine is mounted solidly on the table. I want to check for leaks and oil pressure before I put engine back in jeep. I have a mechanical oil pressure gauge hooked up. Can I run jumpers from the batteries straight to the starter to turn the engine over? thanks

Yes, but to the battery side of the start switch on the starter. You still must depress the pedal linkage to activate the starter with the cable hooked up.
