M38a1 Cowl/Dash Support
Hi Guys
Are the M38 Cowl/Dash Supports anything like the one's fitted to the M38a1. Both of mine are rotted out at the bottom, and as such need replacing.
Thanks Guys
Nic Jackson

Nick has an M38A1 which has both batteries in the cowl. The hookup is a wee bit different than your M38. My list was provided to let Nic see that the M38 parts differ considerably from the M38A1 parts he is seeking. The photo was ffor Nic to see the difference between his bat box to dash plates and the single plate used on the M37. Better to try not to confuse this post for Nic. If you are curious which of the three parts go where in the M38 you should start a new post.

Nic,
As you can see comparing yours to the M38's single bracket, yours are wider from front to rear.

That's why I post a photo with my comments. Now would be a good time for Nic to post a photo of what he is after.

Guys
Sorry for the confusion, I did in fact mean the vertical parts that go from the floor to the base of the dashboard, I am away from the Jeep so couldn't take a photograph of the offending items.
The base of the vertical supports are rusted through.... now I know John at Midwest do M38 supports but not M38a1 supports. Do you have any suggestions guys???
Once again sorry for the confusion
Regards
Nic
